House Rules

We're glad the party's happening at our place! A few simple rules so everyone wins — you and the next bookers too.

1
The time slot is yours.
9–13, 14–18 or 19–06 — come and go freely within it. The evening slot runs till 6am, and we close punctually right then, because that's when we clean and reset the space for the next party.

Capacity: max 50 people.
Not to be strict — that's what the space safely holds.

Food and drinks — anything goes.
Bring whatever you like, catering welcome. The kitchen is yours — and you don't even have to do the dishes.

Noise limit? None.
Nobody knocks on the wall here. Party as loud as you never could at home — that's exactly what we're for.

Smoking on the terrace only.
Not allowed inside — but the terrace is made for it.

Kids: we love them
with adult supervision.

Confetti, glitter, decor — all allowed.
The mess is our job. One thing we ask: no drilling or nails in the walls — use removable, trace-free fixing only.

If something breaks, tell us.
There's no deposit because we trust you — accidents we solve together, intentional damage we invoice.

When you leave, take only your valuables.
The mess can stay.

Parking:
free and unlimited, right at the venue.
