House Rules

We're glad the party's happening at our place! A few simple rules so everyone wins — you and the next bookers too.

The time slot is yours.
Come and go freely within your booked slot, but don't arrive early — you won't be able to get in. By the end of the slot, please make sure everyone has left the space: we clean up after you and get it ready for the next party. If you had a great time, book your next one too!

Capacity: max 50 people.
Not to be strict — that's what the space safely holds.

Food and drinks — anything goes.
Bring whatever you like, catering welcome. The kitchen is yours — and you don't even have to do the dishes.

Noise limit? None.
Nobody knocks on the wall here. Party as loud as you never could at home — that's exactly what we're for.

Smoking on the terrace only.
Not allowed inside — but the terrace is made for it.

Kids: we love them.
With adult supervision. Under-18s may only be in the space with a parent or another adult supervising.

Decorating: go for it.
Decorate freely, but leave no trace on the walls or furniture: only use fixings that come off without a mark. At the end of the party, please take down the decorations if you can and take them with you.

If something breaks, tell us.
There's no deposit because we trust you. Accidents we solve together — just drop us an email. Intentional damage, however, we invoice.

When you leave, take only your valuables.
The mess can stay, but please take back whatever you brought with you.

Parking.
Free and unlimited, right at the venue.
