What is the early bird discount?
The essentials are in place — kitchen, bathroom, terrace, parking, sound system — and everything else (projector, WiFi, grill, etc.) is expanding week by week. That's why you can book much cheaper right now, up to −75% off: as the amenities grow, the prices will rise too.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes! The kitchen is already usable, and you can bring your own catering too. (The electric grill is coming soon.)
How late can we play music?
As long as you last — the evening slot runs till 6am and there's no noise limit here. That's exactly why you're not partying at home. 😉
How do I get in?
For now, we'll greet you in person on arrival — self-service, code-based entry is coming soon. We'll email you the exact details after booking.

At Károly király u. 145, 2040 Budaörs, by the Budaörs Tesco roundabout, between the entrances of Diego and the Lipóti bakery — about 15 minutes by car from Széll Kálmán tér.

Yes, unlimited and free parking right on site.
Is there a lift?
No — the space is on the first floor, accessible by stairs. Worth knowing if you're coming with a stroller or lots of gear — tell us and we'll help you carry things up.
